Wybots are nice, not perfect. I have the wybot skimmer and vacuum, they both do the job well! I have the C1 Pro though.

My Wybot C1 died after about 10 uses. The company does not have support. I've been trying to contact them for months and no luck. They hang up when you call. They will answer the first email, ask to send a video of the problem and ignore you. I've sent a complaint to BBB and they ignored that too.

I'm still trying to get a warranty claim for my Wybot C1 that worked 10 times before not powering on again. 2 year warranty, but they don't answer their phones or respond to emails. Or they do and then ignore you. Been trying to get an RMA or refund since May. So $400 lost.

same, bought it in november of 2024, it stopped working this month. worked for 11 months. doesnt turn on after charge. Wybot C1 cordless.
