If the data is from a Scanwatch, you can basically ignore it. They are very inaccurate. If it's data from a Withings Sleep Analyser, it's reasonably accurate. I believe they moved it in the new version of the app and reset some of our already configured settings (which is pretty lame). Go to your devices (top right corner) > click on ScanWatch (if you have multiple devices) > Scroll down to Health features, click on "Respiratory Scan Not activated" > keep
