Withings Customer Concerns: A Complete Wrap-Up

I admire how much time you invest into diving deep here. Being a user of Withings watches and scales for almost ten years, I had my share of problems with the company. From buggy SW/Apps and device FW, through faulty HW, problems with the support (including lying to me and denying legally binding su

Withings Customer Concerns: A Complete Wrap-Up

I also had one of the first watches and they used a normal clock battery. That was ok.The modern ones like the one I own now, Smartwatch 1 come with a custom battery (think like the one from a phone but smaller) that is non replaceabler but also they don't offer the option to do it themselves (payin

Battery usage is super high

It's always like this with App updates. Had the same issue Yesterday. As always I installed the good old proven APK 6.0.1 and all is fine - and I didn't forget to give those fucking beginners another one star review on the Google play store. Each time I update that they get the massage. Not sure if

Charging but not charging…

I returned one ScanWatch 2 and one ScanWatch Light for not charging, while still under warranty, just a few months one after the other. We shouldn't have to go digging for old cables or research some improvised solutions. Technology that doesn't work as intended is useless My HR Sport is still worki

T-Touch Solar still relevant?

Thanks for the comment, this is exaclty the type of opinion I am looking for.I currently have a Withings Scanwatch Horizon, but despite it being "water resistant up to 100m" it kind of drowned by going into a 1.5m deep pool... The watch still works, but after I got out of the water there was condens

ScanWatch 2 battery dropped to 69% in just 3 days

At the moment, I am in a back and forward email conversation with Withings about this very problem. I have a Scanwatch Horizon which is now dropping charge at the rate of about 35% a day. It is only three years and until recently held the charge for three to four weeks. I don't use it for activities

Benachrichtigungen - funkrionieren sie oder nicht?

I had a Scanwatch Light with only notification problems across multiple phones, app and iOS versions. Ended up that I RMA'd the whole watch and got a refund because Withings Support used 10 months to only tell me they are not familiar with this issue.

What's happening at Withings? An open letter to the company

Amen. I've almost stopped using my Scanwatch 2 because of this. It's been my third Withings watch, and probably the last one because of their practices.

PSA: Do not buy a Scanwatch if you want to use it to receive notifications

The notifications on my Scanwatch worked very well for about a year, I'd say they were very reliable, but in the past 6-8 months (I don't remember when) they stopped working entirely. If I delete the app and reassociate the watch then I might get 1 notification, that's it. Not buying another Withing
