I would respectfully disagree with you. Freshly ground coffee is the 1st for any coffee hobbyist. And IMO one should start from filter based coffee to build up their taste buds. I would also disagree that picopresso give an espresso coffee… no manual lever-less machine can produce 9 bars to get real

Hi , I use mainly medium roast beans and I used to grind somewhere between 5.4 and 6.3 depending on the beans it self , 1:2 in 25-30 seconds . It's a very good grinder easy to dial , well built. The only negative thing about its slow grinding for espresso, usually over 2 minutes and a half for 10g .
