You need an ISO layout keyboard for that, to get the extra keycap between Z and left shift. One way to do this would be to build it from scratch in a Pok3r case using a universal PCB like the YMDK DK61 or Y&R 6095, or something like the YMDK YMD75. Or get a higher end board that supports ISO layout.

I second this. I fully learned Colmak and got up to 100 wpm, just to get a job where I couldn't bring my own keyboard (Have a vortex pok3r which has alternative layouts built in). So it was back to relearning qwerty. The one upside was when relearning I was able to break some bad habits I had, but d
