For a small room, what is the best option for a solid sound system?

The Vizio 5.1 soundbar from Sam's Club is priced at $199 and SC marks them down for sale frequently. Will definitely be on sale over the holiday season. I had/have the M512a-H6 which isn't sold anymore but was it's prior version with few more features, drivers, and a higher price. It was great in a

TENET Blew Me Away.

That’s awesome! I’ve always liked Polk’s stuff whenever I hear it. I currently have a Vizio M512a-H6 5.1.2 soundbar system for one room, just because it’s a smaller room and it’s cheaper, still shockingly good though for the price though. But for my main movie room I have a different 5.1.4 setup wit

All in one soundbar

For a room that size you're wasting your money if you don't get something with a sub. You have a nice TV, spend a little more and get a better soundbar than something without a sub. You mention wanting more punch than the Vizio. I had a Vizio M512a-h6 and nothing without a sub will have more punch.

Used Sonos Arc or new Fire TV Plus 5.1 for small living room

I'm not familiar with that Fire TV soundbar but cosmetically it looks like a rebadged Vizio. If that's what it is, some of the Vizios are actually pretty decent. I had a M512a-h6 for a few years and was happy with it for what it was. The problem with the Sonos is it looks like it's just the bar and

For a small room, what is the best option for a solid sound system?

I spent a little over $300 on an open box Vizio M Series M512a-H6 and got lucky. It's great for a smaller space and the unit a tier down from it with less features usually goes for more (because it's the most popular entry level unit for mid-tier soundbars, while this one is more like high-mid) I sa

U8K Update

Just upgraded my U8N. No issues to my knowledge with Vizio m512a-h6 soundbar. I’m no power user and all looks good. I concur with the colors look better.

Are soundbar setups really that bad with 4K discs?

Many soundbars DO come with physical rear speakers, and even upfiring Atmos speakers. My Vizio M512a-H6 soundbar is 5.1.2, with upfiring Atmos speakers in the bar plus rear surrounds connected by wires to a wireless subwoofer to avoid running wires across the room. Other soundbars avoid the restrict

Best NON SAMSUNG soundbar

I just bought my mom the Sonos Beam 2. I find it’s excellent and she (70 y/o) said it’s the clearest dialogue she’s ever heard from TV. If you’re looking for more, I own the Vizio M-Series m512a-h6. It’s been an incredible system for my needs and budget.
