They were a bit more specific in the two emails I got from them and I am also disappointed. First, they replied: We do have a plan to adjust the minimum light of the AiPaper Reader; however, this plan is still under evaluation, and the new version has not yet entered formal production. Therefore, th

I have a Palma 1 and a Viwood AiPaper Reader. I don't use either of them in bed, but Bigme B751. When I'm on the go, I prefer the Palma 1 - it has much better refresh performance thanks to BSR, and the higher speed of the Carta 1300 can't compete with that. My viwoods aipaper tablet with an eink carta 1300 panel is BRIGHT white and I prefer other panels that arent so white. Both models have the same 64GB of storage plus microSD expansion. I tried out a demo unit of a 6-inch reader a

I can directly compare Hibreak Pro (1200) with Viwoods AiPaper Reader (1300) – the 1300 doesn't fare well in this comparison, but mainly for refresh reasons. There is no measurable difference in screen brightness and contrast.
