With the delay of the Beast and the recent Viture press release offering the upgrade the Luma Ultras, I thought I would share a few things that potential upgraders would like to know about the differences between the Beast and the Ultras in some more detail.

They are crisp and would be fantastic if you're someone that hasn't bought display glasses yet, but if you're someone that has a pair of Viture XR Pro glasses already, I don't think the $500 upgrade is justified.

First off, the screen. Holy smokes, it's an improvement. The Pro XR had some weird banding and color uniformity issues and here? it's gone. Just clear as day.

Yep, text on edges are that bad on my Beast. Lens chromatic aberration does vary from lens to lens though, so some lenses will have more or less of it. This is my 2nd XOP and I think it has sharper edges than my last one for example. Maybe other Beasts are a bit better? The thing is even though the
