My Experience with the Beast so far (it's not been good)

I can imagine how you feel. I think other peeps have similar experience and were able to update the firmware via a PC. Seems update does not work using a phone. If firmware update via the phone does not work, Viture should just let customers know. But why on earth a $550 product would not work out o

Anyone agree that Viture is making bad management decisions?

Viture is lucky that their displays look so nice. Also that they built up good rapport with their customer service. Otherwise they don't have much over the competition. XReal has had amazing implementation of 3DoF for a while, but they are still pricey, and the Pro XR glasses are still sharper and b

Are Beast issues temporary?

I purchased the Beast mostly for gaming and it does not work with the Rog Ally even though viture said it was on the list of working devices. It also does not have 120hz. They are “hopeful” for a firmware update. They should not release a product that does not at least live up to what is advertised

Virtue Beast for productivity

I use my glasses for productivity. Here are the big things to consider. Resolution on all models is 1080p (1200p is just taller). This may not be good enough for you. Birdbath vs prism lenses. I think birdbath is clearer but prism is clear for some people. Software support. There are a few models, X

I'm close to giving up

I think this is honestly just some early hiccups (which before anyone says anything I completely agree I don't think this device should have released in this state). First, many users have reported similar issues with getting the viture dock to work with the beast so you are not alone in this. The g

The Beast: a what’s under the hood Tech Review.

My conclusion remains the same: Viture has a quality control issue. They probably have been really careful when they sent units for reviews but not as much with the end users, given the mixed opinions and my own experience. I did really want to like the glasses but my unit was a complete disaster. V

I'm close to giving up

I have xreal one and rayneo glasses as well .Both work well. The beast is unusable right now with rog ally. I also received a message from viture that said it is a known issue (after saying it was on the list of devices that did work) and “hopefully” they would have a firmware fix in a week or 2

Luma Pro Crack from Amazon 30 Days

Yes, Viture really dropped the ball with the Luma series. This shows they haven’t done any durability testing. I have a previous-gen Pro XR that I bought in late 2024. it has held up extremely well even after fair bit of use. I was hoping to upgrade to a Beast as soon as it came out, but after seein

Beast Missing/Delayed Features List

1200p should be available at launch. The XR adapter is only to send motion tracking data back to old iphones. It would be completely useless with the beast except for the one feature missing from your list. At some point in the future Spacewalker will allow the beast to do single camera 6dof. The ch

Yet another comparison question...

Truth be told, the onboard functionality XREAL's offering is what made me switch from my VITURE Luma Ultra's to the XOP. It really is just plug and play and everything works. It has very reliable 3DOF, lots of options to tweak things overall and even built in 2D to 3D conversion that runs on the gla
