With EP crazy drivers evidence becomes important!
I've used vantrue and viofo and both have been good. Right now I am running viofo a229 pro, which is a 3ch setup, on one of my vehicles. The thing I like about them is that it looks like if one of the cameras fails I can just buy the one that failed instead of having to buy the whole package again.

What dash cam do you all use?
I’ve been using the Vantrue E360 for a while now and it’s been super helpful. It takes a SIM card so I can check live footage from my phone whenever I need to, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. It’s not the cheapest, but after dealing with a few incidents, it’s been totally worth it for me.

Looking for an affordable dashcam with live feed – need advice!
I’ve got the Vantrue E360 and it’s been solid. It takes a SIM card so I can check live video on my phone anytime, which is a huge relief. Not the cheapest out there but honestly worth it after a couple close calls.

Guidance on a specific need
Check out the Vantrue E360. With the LTE module it gives you remote access and lets you share WiFi in the car. I’ve been using it and it works great. Just make sure you get the LTE box to enable the cloud and hotspot features.

Any dashcams with built in battery? 3 or 4 camera ones
Check out the Vantrue E360. It runs off a supercapacitor so no hardwiring and works fine with USB. You get full 360 coverage with three cams, solid night vision, motion and collision detection, and remote access if you add the LTE module. Super convenient.

Looking for cheaper Viofo alternatives? - reliable and all basics working
Maybe check out the Vantrue E360. No battery so it runs on supercapacitor and you don’t need to hardwire unless you want 24/7 parking. It’s got solid front and rear coverage with 360 view, clear footage, voice control, GPS, and works with 5 GHz WiFi. I’ve been using it for a while and it’s been supe

I want a dashcam, but I was advised against it.
I've been using an inexpensive one for months with my Vantrue E360, less than $16 currently (B0DJQWNZDW). The extra features are nice: switchable continuous power for parking mode or 20-minutes of power after car is shut off, and will turn dashcam on if car is vibrated. One issue is whether it fits
