Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset

I think I lost 3 or 4 Surface Heaphones (v1 & v2) due to this when I used them (which was sad, because I liked them). Funnily enough, the Xbox Wireless Headset, which technically speaking was meant to be a low-cost version of these, didn't fail me.

I have the official XBox wireless headset and I have connection issues with it, and despite not using it a whole lot it's got some cracks in the plastic where the mic attaches

I think the Xbox Wireless Headset is the best bang for the buck. I have a launch pair that still works perfectly, and I’ve only had to replace the ear pads.

I used to have the xbox wireless headset, but it kept dropping audio. I changed to the turtle beach stealth 600 v3 and it has been awesome for over a year. No audio drop outs and the quality is excellent. For context, I was an sound engineer for 3 decades.
