Comparison of ultrahuman, oura, ringconn, sleepon, and circular rings

I always wanted to get a smart ring to track my health without wearing a smartwatch which was ruining my outfit most of the time.

I found 5 different smart rings that I wanted to try:

  1. Ultrahuman ring AIR
  2. [Oura ring (I was using gen 3 which is now with $80 OFF)](https://productadvice.link/ouraring

Testing smart rings in 2025

I tested out 5 different smart rings this year. I tested one ring per month and then wrote down what I like or don’t like about them. Since all of them have 30 day money-back guarantee, I was able to send some of them back, so I didn’t have to worry about spending a lot of money.

To be more specifi

I Don’t Get The Hate!

I swear every post that pops up on my feed from this sub is from someone saying how much they hate UH with a laundry list of complaints.

These technologies are not perfect. This is a relatively new technology (smart ring), so of course there are going to be kinks. I don’t know what people expected

Is Fitbit good for vitals and sleep?

I had a Fitbit charge 4 a few years ago and honestly it was quite good it lasted for a little over a year before the screen went dark on me

I’ve been considering getting a smart ring like ringconn because i only want it for vitals and sleep, I really don’t care about the fitness features

But the

Anyone else dissapointed that there isn't a Heritage Oura ring 4?

I much prefer the way the flat top looks but I get that they don't need that space for the battery anymore. I just think the heritage looks way more like a statement piece of jeweerly and the horizon looks like a smart ring. sigh.

My experience with the Amazfit Helio Ring

Hi everyone. I wanted to share my experience with the new Helio Ring for anybody curious. I used it for about a month. I'm 30F, a full time hospital nurse, I stay pretty active with long walks and yoga and weights. This was my first experience with a smart ring. I'm a long time Apple Watch user and

RingConn Gen 2 Review

What's up Reddit,

I've had the RingConn Gen 2 for about 2 weeks or so now (I'm reviewing it for YouTube) and have found it to be a nice option in this growingly busy smart ring market.

Price: $209 during the Kickstarter campaign.
$299 after August 14th.

Battery Life: I'm seeing about 10 day

Battery hot take

I know the biggest complaint with the ring is the battery and I’ll admit I was frustrated with having to charge every 2 days bc they said it should last 6. Obviously if your ring is draining completely overnight or not holding a charge at all then that’s a factory issue BUT I’ve come to the realizat

One Month Review

Tldr: very happy with my purchase and my experience doesn’t match the many you read about here.

I spent weeks (honestly months) thinking about a smart ring and reading about the various brands, watching YouTube videos, and reading posts on subs like this one. All the brands get a lot of hate on he

Are smart rings worth it yet?

Hello! I'd like to preface this by saying I don't own a smart ring--yet.

I've done my research and found a few caveats, mainly the fragility of some brands, the low battery life, and the precision that is kind of all over the place (especially for galaxy smart rings)

I really love the concept of s
