My smart ring keeps disconnecting and shows as “in the charging case” even while wearing it – is it broken?
Hey everyone, I’ve been using this ring for a while with no issues, but for the past two days it keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth after about 2 minutes and stops recording anything. The battery is fully charged, there’s no visible damage, and the sensor lights no longer turn on.
