Ring Air

Just doing a bit more research before bed, maybe I need the Ultrahuman Ring air thing, apparently tracks sleep stages and SpO2. Some bad reviews on the SpO2 where it apparently gives an average and not detailed multi-samples that the wellue does.

I just bought the Ultrahuman air from Costco and within 10 days there was poor connectivity (2 days not tracked), sleep tracking cutting out at 4 am, a battery dying more than 50% overnight, and it scratched while wearing it one time for back squats (just the little contact with the bar). I didn’t e
