Has anyone switched from Oura to another smart ring?
I have both an Oura G4 and a Ultrahuman Air. I don't think any of the 3 main vendors (Oura, Ringconn, UH) are better enough than the others to warrant upgrading. And I find myself using my Garmin's data more than the rings with each passing year.

Do you have a smart watch already? If you do try and stick with that brand. I say that because I just bought a smart ring (saturday) Ultrahuman Ring Air. but prior to this purchase one has been using a smart watch the thing is now i don't know which data is correct because the Ultrahuman app display
