ignore the holes. how do I get to the ceiling/walls above the stairs?
In my experience UltimateEars have phenomenal customer service. I’ve owned about 8 over the last 10 years of various models, one started delaminating a few years after I bought it. Emailed them to ask if there was a way I could fix it. They basically said don’t bother fixing it here’s a replacement.

Can't you guys just upload the Hyperboom firmware updater tool for PC just like you previously had on the Ultimate Ears website? Why did you removed it from the official site I don't really get it.
