Get yourself a tournament wired controller, Victrix Gambit is a highly recommended one but any will do, ideally one with back paddles :)

I was an Xbox gamer for many years so I stick with that button layout. However I moved to Victrix Gambit which has paddles/buttons on the backside so I can spread the workload over more fingers. My thumbs still end up sore but maybe gets me marginally more gaming

The only cables I have are the ones provided by Beyer Dynamics and while I don’t get any bleed. There is occasionally a very light hum in the background which I believe is caused by the wired Victrix Gambit controller I use. But plugged directly into my PC is absolutely perfect.

The victrix diamond shaped dpad surprised me with how good it is. Probably my favorite dpad ever for fighting games. I'd definitely recommend giving the shape a try for a possible future update. It's the best of both worlds for me over standard dpads and circular ones. Split dpads feel uncomfortable
