Never seen a worse speaker than this!
Yup, I have Xsound go and problems started a couple of days ago. It does work only when plugged in plus the speaker is busted and has continuous distortion . Unusable, customer support says can't do anything as it is out of warranty.

I was having issue with battery in my Tribit speaker XSound Go and I contacted them via WhatsApp using this number +91 98103 48155. They resolved my issue. You should contact them.
