I would not get the Cat 6 mini. There has been a flood of complaints since it released ~2 months ago, many of them from current Tractive users who upgraded from the Cat Mini. I currently use the cat mini. Someone on the other Tractive subreddit said that the weight is just about the tracker fitting around the neck and only the health updates may be a little wonky but the tracking would still be fine

I totally agree with everything you said. My cat goes AWOL for up to 8 days and I have the Cat 6 Mini and yesterday it was fully charged to 100% and this morning my cat has come home and it’s now at 30%! This is in Low Power Mode. My house has really good WiFi which extends to outside the house too.
