So 6 months later I’ve gotten my eufy system fully dialed in. I disconnected the homebase 3 antennas and connected every camera to multibridge via xe75 pro’s. This AP had bad firmware and was using bad channels for the 2.4 network. I’ve installed beta firmware 1.4.999 and everything works now.
I spent over two years becoming more and more frustrated with my collection of eufy cameras and Deco XE75 mesh nodes, and was literally about to dump my entire Eufy setup with 3 HB3's and 31 cameras. I spent days searching through other user comments and Claude, Perplexity, and other AI analysis. It

Upgrade from 900 to 2500 tomorrow, CF scheduled to also install a new line and ONT?
It does have 6ghz wifi and I have tried locking the bands on my Deco XE75 Pro's to that, but that only made it worse. Big ask from a Sky router but you never know.

Eufy is ruining home wifi
Having the same issues. Have a set of eufy cameras from 2022, floodlight, doorbells, solar cameras, along with a home base 3 and have the deco xe75 pro mesh wifi. One of the satelites is wired backhaul through a moca adapter and the other is wireless backhaul soon to be wired. On fios 1gb internet p

Bell Fibe 1.5 Gbps + 3rd party router (PPPoE) suddenly limited to ~500 Mbps
3.11.6.3 is pushed to my Bell Giga hub. Unfortunately my 3Gig fiber connection is still limited to 195 mbps up and 900mbps up (pppoe terminated on TP Link Deco xe75 pro). Did the new firmware fix the issue? I see no change.

How reliable is Live View now?
With the right wifi situation, live view is almost always reliable for my 31 camera system. Getting solid wifi is mandatory. I had a 3 node Deco XE75 mesh which worked very poorly with the same 31 cameras. Replacement Omada managed APs solved my problems with Eufy stuttering, timing out, lost notifi

Wanting Mesh, after reading think Deco? Tri-band? Which
Wow that is expensive. I would definetly go tri-band since you will be using wireless backhaul. Looks like next best option is Deco XE75, still not cheap, £330. In the US its $188.

I made a decky plugin for optimizing wifi streaming performance - WiFi Optimizer
Settings-wise, I have these. As far as WiFi, I have 2x deco xe75’s, which I understand can cause issues, but I have fast roaming and beam forming off, and locked to one ap. The signal strength (according to your plugin) stays locked in at around -40dbm even when the lag spikes hit. A quick tap of yo

Are MikroTik AP that problematic ?
I just switched a Deco XE75 from being a router to an AP and switched to a MT 5009RB5009UG+S+IN for the router with the Decos still running as APs. The Deco routing was horribly inconsistent and unstable, and I felt like I had zero control when I started home labbing. The range on the Peplinks is go

Thinking of upgrading to BE68
Just random curiosity, what did you do here? Ive used 2 sets of Deco XE75 Pro, both killed by lighting but Best Buy Total took care of me. When the second set died, the BE68 was near brand new I think? I had the return cost of the XE75 Pro, plus some Best Buy Rewards so I grabbed the BE68 system for
