Do you have have dhcp on the main Deco and the ISP modem, that could cause conflicts. You could try adding a 20$ unmanaged switch and have that connected to the Deco AP and the pc to the switch. There is no logical reason why that would make a difference other that I would take some of the workload

Acabo de probar y me funciona perfectamente. Soy usuario de Tigo tanto en móvil como en hogar. En particular, tengo el router de Tigo en modo bridge y todas las configuraciones de red las he personalizado en mi router TP Link Deco x20. Tal vez sea en los que usan los router predeterminados.
