Don’t buy 2.4ghz, buy any 5ghz router. I also have 2.4ghz router, it suffers from interference, I have to keep changing the channels to make it work and it’s annoying. It can also be an issue on ISP side, whenever you face the slow speed, try to load ip of your router 192.168.x.x if it loads slowly

Which one of these routers for PCVR ?
The ASUS RT-AX58U V2 should do the job nicely. Its AX with 160mhz channel width. Do not get the the TP-Link Archer C6, its a wireless AC router and they sometimes dont play well with newer wifi 6E devices like the Quest 3/Pro, tablets/phones/laptops. I just replaced my home routers from the Archer A
