Which one of these routers for PCVR ?
The ASUS RT-AX58U V2 should do the job nicely. Its AX with 160mhz channel width. Do not get the the TP-Link Archer C6, its a wireless AC router and they sometimes dont play well with newer wifi 6E devices like the Quest 3/Pro, tablets/phones/laptops. I just replaced my home routers from the Archer A

Will ASUS USB-AC58 work for AP
Most routers, AP and modems have different version (v1,v2,v,3,etc.)For example if I buy an TP-Link Archer C6, and got v2 or v3 its ok but if they ship a v4 I can't use it because it doesn't supported.Is there another way of adding WiFi support to my setup? Expect buying an AP

Need your help, networking experts: Using a router as wired access point but facing random failures
1- How do I check if the connection is 1 gbps? Please note that my internet speed on access point (secondary router) is 200+mbps when it works fine. 2- I was using the same cable for the longest time and it worked well for a long time. This issue is happening after switching to tplink archer c6.
