Honestly, I like my tp link ax55. The range is very good, if you place it central to your home, you will get good coverage for 5ghz and pretty much perfect coverage for 2.4ghz. Use ethernet where possible.

I'd recommend the TP-Link Archer AX55. IIRC mine cost $70. It's a Wi-Fi 6 router, so can maintain consistently fast speeds up to nearly 100 feet away and can also handle multiple users streaming 4K simultaneously. This what I researched 6 months ago. Routers under 200 budget does not make sense. Either they are slower/ short wifi range or outdated.
