Tozo A1 are excellent. And cheap. I've used them for a couple of years. They even support Bluetooth 5.3 , meaning you can have your phone in your back pocket without interference from hundreds of WiFi antennas making your day miserable.

I have several pairs of TOZO A1 buds (at work, at home, in the car). They don't advertise being noise cancelling, but my wife can be standing right next to me and I can't hear her talking at normal volume. I also have very small ear openings (smallest loop option, mini flare calmer, etc) and the sma
