S3

The 1zpresso ZP6 is more stable compared to the Timemore S3, because it has it's burr and shaft fixed, the S3 is built like all other Timemores where the burr and shaft are different and the burr is held in place with a burr plate and nut. The S3 has I think a 19 micron adjustment compared with 22 m

S3 was pretty good and I still use for decaf pourovers. I wonder regarding on the improvements in cleaning: S3 body has is really annoying to clean due to the ribs inside. I also hope new adjustment ring / body is sturdier and sturdiness: the dial ring on my S3 doesn't hold fast anymore and drifts e
