timore knockoff has my heart
Looks like there's a concerted campaign on this sub promoting this grinder. It's mostly to sway people considering timemore from what I have observed. And the crazy part is that folks who don't own a timemore end up saying that it's better than a timemore. It would be hilarious if this shit wasn't a

Zanechalo to následky: zadovážil som si Aeropress a Timemore Chestnut C3. Doma si viem spraviť kafe lepšie ako v kaviarni, ktoré chutí sladko. Žiaden cukor, mlieko, nič pridané. Zrnká druhé najlacnejšie z

How do you start getting into better coffee without going overboard?
Clever Dripper, aeropress, Hario Switch for immersion brewing with an option for percolation. Oxo Rapid brewer for a slightly different method. Moka pot but you lose some ability to tinker with brew parameters. All are very consistent, and don't require any additional skill or equipment lower end bu

Help me begin my coffee journey
I would advice you to invest in a good coffee grinder as that would make or break your experience with coffee. Timemore c2 or c3 are a good entry level hand grinder.

What’s the value addition of using an expensive grinder
OP good questions. The Agaro was the grinder I started with, and after a point I did ask myself the same questions as you. It was a long journey that led me to my KafaTek MC6/ Zerno (electric) and Pietro/ K Ultra (manual) combination but that’s a separate story. When you buy more expensive grinders

Which Hand Grinder(s) Would You Recommend as my First Hand Grinder?
I have a Timemore C3 Pro ESP which I got from AliExpress for about €55. Really happy with it! A colleague has the S3 and I found it a little big for travel by comparison so very happy with my selection. Both produce excellent results though.

Are burr grinders that necessary?
Yes, it is that much better in the long run. You mention that you cycle through 4-5 bags of beans but has any of them ever "wowed" you or stood out with some clean and standout flavors? It's really hard to achieve with a blade grinder because with the uneven grind size, the fines have more surface a

Coffee is really weak on my DeLonghi ECP 35.31
Hello fellow coffee enthusiast. Have that same machine and portafilter. Your problem is your grinder. I use a timemore C3 ESP Pro. Yes, it’s a hand grinder but it doesn’t take that much longer and I’ve been very happy with it for dark and medium roasts. They appear to be on sale, on Amazon for $80.
