If you’re moving to espresso, choose your grinder carefully. I left my good grinder at my son’s house and bought a Timemore C3S. While great for Hario Switch at about 70 turns it’s around 160-170 and double the effort for espresso. Not life threatening but after the third time it gets really old. I

It's all marketing bro. Today I compared the fines from my Timemore C3s and 1zpresso K Ultra. For 15g beans they both produced about 2g fines. Although yeah the particle size seemed more uniform on the K Ultra.
