Since you are looking for PourOver and Aeropress you can go with Timemore c3s. But if you are planning to move to espresso machines then K6 or X-Ultra depending on your budget

Aeropress can be used in many different ways. I use it to make soup and thick espresso style coffee. I prefer using the c3s for this. Yes thats a timemore c3sIt does work for an espresso grind and goes finer than that too just not very consistentBut it works out

Hi I used timemore c3s and assuming you want the review for the grinderIts not recommended for espresso but I had this and facing no huge issues,yes there is a sacrifice with taste but this grinder works great for other brewing methods
