It is a little complicated because you can't see your HOTAS within VR, but once you can use it without being able to see it, then it becomes better way to play. Yes but it's terrible to fly with. Mouse is useful for menus and cockpit button usage, not flying. A new Thrustmaster yoke for PS5 has also been announced. The Hotas 4/5 are pretty terrible, very weak hardware based on a budget PC stick from 20 years ago. If you can wait for a better option, do.
