I personally run Thinkware U3000 in my car and was surprised at how badly it performed in the night test. Grabbing recordings is a breeze as the dashcam is always ready to pair with your phone if you've set it up through the app.

For a no screen option, the new Blackvue Elite 9/10 have excellent video quality (way better than the DR970X Plus series). The video is definitely better than the Thinkware U3000 Pro.
