$600? Excuse me?
if it’s a 4K front camera, includes a rear camera, and installation, I’d say that might be a good deal, for Lexus, especially. I sell and install dash cams for a living, I prefer the thinkware U 3000, and U3000 pro. $550 and $580, respectively. Not including installation. SUV is about three hours at

What is the best dash cam for my 4th generation Mazda 3 Sedan?
Rather than supporting Amazon's evil ways and potentially getting a counterfeit product, I recommend supporting a smaller retailer that's going to offer you a decent price, actual support, and knowledgeable reviews. I usually order from https://www.blackboxmycar.com/ and have been very happy with th

A dashcam
I've had some major issues with my VW including electrical issues, every time it's gone with a Fitcamx installed and never once they've mentioned anything. Honestly it depends what you want, the FitcamX is a mid quality dashcam for a top quality price. However for the tidiness and ease of install I'

HIT AND RUN on 280 north San Jose by 10th street Exit on July 4, 2025 around 10:40 pm.( Please Help)
I have a BlackVue DR900X 2-CH which has the older Starvis 1 sensor. The latest DR970X 2-CH has the new sensor and is about $450. I also hear good things about the Thinkware U3000 ($550).

Thinkware Q850, U1000, U3000 would be my recommendations for a good quality dashcam. There are other brands out there ive just had really good success with Thinkware, plus the app is easy to use. When you use a suction cup the window should be at room temperature. If the window is too cold the sucti

Experience today majorly knocking my confidence.
They range in price for a decent one between £100 and £800. Like if you want 4K, latest image sensor so it can 100% pickup a numberplate ahead and behind in all lighting conditions it's on the upper end of the price scale, around £400-£600 gets you a great 4K front, 1080p rear with full mobile insta

Which dash cam recommendation please...easier install?
Can you define complicated install? Most dash cams have roughly the same install. Most complicated part is cleanly running the wiring through the car and figuring out which fuses to use for hardwiring. You could use a different method to power, but hardwiring with add a fuse is easy enough that I do

Best Dashcam for a Leased Car
Thinkware U3000 with ODB2 power kit is likely your best option. Blackvue DR970x plus ii with ODB2 power kit would be a strong alternative. No modifications to the vehicle. High quality. Easy to install and remove without a trace.

Woke up to this on Thursday….
My friend got hit while parked at a grocery store and I personally think a co worker hit my car with a company Van. We both said f**k it and bought a Thinkware u3000 pro. Expensive but so are these hit n runs.

Dash Cam installation
They have their pros and cons. Viofo dashcams like A329S tend to come with the latest tech which results in the best image quality. They are also affordable (~$600 for a front & rear dashcam) for what you get but their app is pretty barebones. Blackvue dashcams are pricier but come with optional cel
