If parking mode is your main priority, I’d honestly look at Thinkware first. A lot of cams really just save from the impact onward, but Thinkware’s radar parking mode can pick up motion before the actual hit, which is way more useful if you care about real evidence. And since you said you want more

My wife’s car was basically the same kind of use case. It sits a lot, and parking protection mattered way more than chasing specs. That’s a big reason I ended up putting a Thinkware ARC900 in her car. The parking mode is really what sold me, and the nice part is you can keep it simple or build it ou

Learned that the hard way lol. Used Viofo before, image quality was great, no question. Then got into an accident last year and when it was time to actually pull the footage… nothing. Absolute nightmare. Switched to Thinkware U3000Pro myself and ARC900 for my wife after that and just care way more a

The A119 Mini2 up front is solid. For a rear cam, might be worth looking into Thinkware too, their rear units are compact and pair well as an add-on. I use the Arc900. For power, USB is honestly your best bet for a small rear-only cam, low power draw, easy install. A splitter off your existing cig l

Ugh, that's rough, hate that for you. Over a parking spot too, wild. Honestly, look into the Thinkware ARC900, front and rear setup, and the Radar parking mode is basically made for this. Car sits "asleep" when it's off so it's not eating your battery, but the second something moves near it or bumps

If you want front + rear with parking mode, the U3000 is solid, 4K front, 2K rear, good night footage, and radar parking mode that only wakes up if it senses actual motion/impact so it's not just draining battery and eating SD space all day. THINKWARE is a good brand. I have the ARC900 and might be

You can look into Thinkware Dashcams. I have the ARC900 and love it. Slickdeals and Amazon have good deals all the time if you're on a budget.

I would look into Thinkware. I got the ARC900 and hasn't failed me yet and love it. For the wire, honestly, get it pro-installed at any auto shop. I told the shop guys I want the wires hidden and minimal visibility.

Couldn't agree more. After spending months reading reddit and amazon reviews, im happy I got Thinkware ARC 900. To the OP: Thinkware ARC 900 is worth a look if you haven't already checked it out. It's their newest flagship, 4K front cam with a 2K rear, both running Sony's STARVIS 2 sensors, so night
