Thocky/Creamy keyboards

getting into the hobby is fun but can get pricey quick. for under $100 you could grab a Redragon K552 and swap the switches later - it's hot-swappable. if you want thocky out of the box the Tecware Phantom 87 with outemu silent switches is pretty creamy. buying separate switches and keycaps is doabl

Pretty sure the tecware phantom has outemu sockets so the oil kings won't work without filing down every single pin of every switch. You could use boba u4/u4ts , maybe even some akko jelly switches, would make your board closer to the popular "thocky" sound. In the future you may want to be more des

Looking for smooth, creamy switch recommendations Hey everyone, I’m looking for switch recommendations. I’ve been using a Tecware Phantom+ Elite keyboard for a long time. It comes with their own pre-lubed red switches, and I’ve been quite happy with them overall. However, recently the sound hasn’t b

I can type faster and with more accuracy, the sound and feel are not that good tho. So I starte

Looking for a new keyboard

with that budget and wanting wired, the Redragon K552 is honestly hard to beat. solid mechanical switches, no flashy RGB if you get the red backlit version, and it's built like a tank. if you want something a bit quieter the Tecware Phantom 87 is another solid pick around €50. both are on Spanish Am

Buying a new keyboard, need help

I just got this one https://amzn.eu/d/617Tr1a It’s the tecware phantom plus, around £60, sounds creamy af, and has very light to touch red switched keys, with some banging rgb. Really surprised with how good the quality is for the price compared to others I’ve seen. Very much recommend.
