I got the technics eah-az100, great multi point Bluetooth and sound quality. The noise cancelling is lacking though The case is not as nice as the Jabra.

All I can say is that I bought the pro max and have yet to have that anc whine issue - I have had it with Bose QC2 and technics eah-az100. The general advice is to turn down the level of the ANC. Is yours on 5? can you lower it to 2 or 3 and see if it continues?

If you are going to be mowing, I would suggest going with an in-ear IEM rather than an over-ear headphone.
