Best tubing mascara?
I’ll share my input as someone who has tested a lot of tubing mascaras. For reference, I have short, stick-straight eyelashes. What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!
The tarte Tartelette XL Tubing Mascara!!! The only mascara that holds my lashes (which point straight down) up! Bonus points for truly being a tubing formula and super easy to wash off. It's super lengthening, thickening, separating, and has a formula that dries down fast and holds my curl.
