The 2 most important thing in makeup for me are eyebrows, and mascara. You need an eyebrow pencil and a spoolie. Most eyebrow pencils come double-ended with a spoolie attached. I am using a morphe one right now, it was 10 bucks. There are more expensive ones, like the benefit cosmetics ones I have u
