Unable to reset TAPO C425
No worries! Yeah exact same camera the TAPO C425 unit only, no solar panel. The new one has given me issues but completely seperate ones unfortunately, a firmware update affected the sound but Support managed to fix that with a follow up update. I also had an incident where it just went off one day

Tapo cameras are such a disappointment.
I finally decided to switch all my tapo cams to eufy. Literally solved all my camera issues. The cameras are also capturing way more information than before. I had a Tapo C425 cam left over and set it up in my basement, literally right next to my mesh node, and it still randomly disconnects at times
