I have it working with two tapo cams (C111 / C720). You need to enable “Third-Party Compatibility” in the tapo app, use the “Tapo Camera” plugin in scrypted, enable it per camera, and I did have to restart the onvif plugin and/or scrypted I believe.

I have a P1S and tested out a Blink, a Tapo c111 and now a Wyze Window Cam. It gets attached to the front door with velcro. The Window cam wouldn't be as useful for the A1 but any of the Wyze have a timelapse function built in so no need for progamming something and they are very cheap. No subscript
