Amazfit makes it official Cheetah 2 Pro
For that price, I'd buy a Suunto Race 2 or a Coros Apex 4. Not this thing

Cheetah vs Fenix
Fenix has inductive buttons and is certified for diving or low/high temperatures + Garmin's software. Cheetah is 5ATM and if you look at the notes is not valid for low temperatures below -10°C at the mountains. No offense, but are not comparable at all. Cheetah is perhaps worth for less that 450 eur

Race 2 vs FR970
Go from Garmin Forerunner 970 if you want the most data and pace-assisting tools (PacePro) to optimize every minute of your race. It's the choice of the "data-driven athlete." Go from Suunto Race 2 if you prefer a stronger watch, with a more fluid map navigation screen and a battery that won't leave

Switch from Suunto race 2 to Coros Pace 4 Jakob INGEBRIGTSEN edition?
I've had Suunto Race 2, Suunto Vertical 2, and Coros Apex 4 - unfortunately have not tried Coros' Amoled screens yet. Pace 4 will be MUCH lighter. The Coros app is the most polished of any I've tried (Garmin, Amazfit, Suunto, Coros). You will get better health metrics (more reliable sleep tracking,

Other than being beautiful, what does Suunto do better than others?
Couldn’t have said it better myself. Been a Suunto fanboy since my Ambit 3 Sport many years ago. They are just streamlined, solid, reliable tanks. Have a Race 2 currently and am just blown away every day with its battery, build and overall performance!

Switch to Race 2 from Garmin
Hello, I just switched from a Fenix 8 to a Race 2, here are my thoughts: I’ve been a Garmin user for the past two years, using the Epix Pro and Fenix 8. While both watches were great, they had some really weird software bugs and were overkill for my running and strength training needs. Recently, my

Garmin Epix 2 vs Suunto Race 2
Are you sure about Garmin discontinuing the support for Epix 2? In my understanding they do not offer the new features for ”F7 line-up” buy do bring any essential security updates and bug fixes. Anyhow, I do understand your frustration towards Garmin as I’ve spied the conversations and updates about

Optimizing my Vertical 2
You drop about 5% battery per day on the Vertical 2 and Race 2 when used in typical smartwatch mode. Give or take a few percentage points based on what settings you have, how often you use the watch, and battery differences between the two models. That battery drain works out pretty close to Suunto'

Suunto Race 2 - how is your watch doing so far?
For me, no notable problems for a month with my Race 2, I'm even super happy with it. It is beautiful, simple and effective, it records what you need when you need it (hiking, running, mountain biking) I think it takes a little time to get to know its owner, but after two weeks already, the sleep tr

Race 2 vs FR970
Garmin probably has more features and I've used Garmin watches for ages for the fear of missing out but not being a pro athlete suunto covers more then enough of the basics for me. I prefer the look of the race 2 / vertical 2 over the recent Garmin watches and especially dislike what Garmin has done
