The Arctis Pro Wireless OG was quite good. I dropped them because I wanted better ANC and went with the Nova. I just checked, and there is no hard reset hole in the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless, which sucks. However, I would try taking the battery out of the headset, and leave it out over night.Couldn't hurt.
