New wireless headset PS5
Closest I could recommend for your particular budget would be the Nova 7 Gen 2.

Best replacement to the A50x?
Get the SteelSeries Nova 7 Gen 2. Very comfortable and you can get replacement velour pads, stock audio profile has very accurate bass and mids, long battery life, unlike the A50 Gen 5 dumb Bluetooth on the base station this one has simultaneous Bluetooth that’s on the headset, great imaging perform

Best gaming headset at $100
I had similar factors like you with comfort was my #1 priority and sound quality as #2. I wanted something with earcups deep enough so it doesn’t touch my ears, not too warm. Also wanted something with great sound quality to hear footsteps and directional sounds (imaging) when fps gaming. I’ve tried

Cant decide between Arctis Nova 5/7gen2 (Both wireless)
i was in this same spot a few months back coming from the arctis 5. honestly for sound and mic quality, the nova 7 gen 2 pulls ahead a bit, it feels like a clearer step up. comfort is basically identical between them, both are great for long sessions. the 5 has that cool sonar app integration for ga

If you have tried them what was your experience and what do you recommend?
If you can afford it, Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is the best headset I've ever used. Nova 7 Gen 2 is also really good.

Was this a good deal?
i’d say that’s a solid deal honestly. saving 40€ and only losing a hot-swap battery feature you might not even use? worth it. i’ve been using the same gen 1 for a while now and the battery life is still fine for daily use. if you ever need a backup though the Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 is there but you mad

Replacement for Arctis 7?
I still rock my Arctis 7's but have also been eyeing for the next set just in case. Just to elaborate; how is the sound worse in Nova 7 Gen 2's? I've been looking at those since they'd fit the budget better but also been wondering the Nova Pro's.

[LFH] [PC PS5] [200£] [UL] should i swap my blackshark v3 pro
i had the same issue with sharp highs on razer headsets before. from your list, skip the corsair virtuoso pro max - those have even harsher treble. astro a50 gen 5 has good sound but pricey and needs a base station. the Beyerdynamic 230 Wireless is actually your safest bet for competitive fps becaus
