If you haven’t considered the Starseeker e55 pro, I love mine. It’s less than 200 from AliExpress or a little more from Amazon and it makes incredible rich syrupy chocolatey shots

I wish I had experience with the baratza esp but I only have the starseeker e55 pro, however I can say the starseeker has been everything everyone said it is. A joy to use and makes amazing espresso. Zero retention, stepless adjustment, easy workflow. My only real gripe is the giant wall power adapt
