Are Sovol Printers Good?

It depends on your definition on "good printer". They are having good price to performance ratio, but you will need to do more little bit more maintenance on them than on Prusa or Bambulab printers. Also printing profiles for them will need some slight tuning from you to get perfect results. Yes, So

Warped Bed Shimming Sovol SV06 ACE

Hi! Probably someone told it already or you already read it somewhere but the Silicone Tubes Bed Mod is a good option, (not too messy or hard, neither too risky) and after a few try and learn I went from +1.5mm of range to 0.25mm and now I am about 0.15mm. The mayor problem with the SV06 ACE's bed i

Buying a first printer SV06

I would consider buying SV06 ACE instead. It is newer model that has more rigid construction, is faster and has some more nice to have features like fully automatic bed leveling (printer does everything for you, you don't need to tinker with it at all), easy to use touchscreen, WiFi connectivity wit

What is happening in the 3d Printer market right now?

Well, it kinda depends on what subreddit are you looking. Most of them are filled with fanboys. I can tell you just my experience with the new generation of fast printers because i owned a few. Anycubic kobra 3: was an ok printer, didn,t had issues with it , but the mmu system was a manace. Maybe i

SV06 Ace: Crooked beds really that big of an issue?

I have multiple of both A1's and 06 ACE's. The bed being unlevel is really not an issue IMO since mesh bed leveling takes care of any unevenness automatically. They both can perform equally well and I can push the ACE a little faster but Bambu has a better UI, purge system, nozzle swap, and option t

Why all the hate on simple bed slingers?

Sovol is probably pushing old stock out, they have updated models of the SV06 plus. Probably an older printer plus having to many products. With the SV08, SV Zero, SV08 Max all being popular and the SV06 ACE line being newer and still pretty decent for the price I don't think they are going anywhere

Is there anything I should know about the bambu P1S before buying?

In fact everyone should look at Sovol. Want a cheap bed slinger with levelling? SV06 plus ACE. Want something more suited to printing for ants? Sovol Zero. Wanna go outrageously huge? SV08 Max, at 500mm cubed. The ridiculous amount of features they cram in at decent prices, and currently claiming "f

Buying a first printer SV06

I have the sovol sv06 and the ace everyone is mentioning. Both are great printers. You can get amazing prints from the sv06 though it may require a little bit more manual calibration. You'll likely get acceptable prints right away with just the most basic 10 minute calibration, but you may need to s

Im thinking of getting a 3d printer, this would be my first one and I don't have any particular use in mind. Budget is ~$200-$250

I suggest the Sovol SV06 ACE, for $250 from Sovol’s website or $270 from Amazon. That Ender 3 CoreXZ deal is also pretty good, though The SV06 has Klipper, remote camera with playback and monitoring, ABL, direct-drive toolhead with all-metal hotend, steel rails, and a volcano-length nozzle.
