I’m thinking about switching to the Soundcore Sport X20. Right now, I use Sony WF-C500, which are okay for the gym and cycling and passive sound reduction, but:

• They fall out sometimes during workouts
• Call quality is terrible ; everyone says I sound like I’m inside a vacuum
• No ANC

I got the sport X20 I love them though my I know my pair is defective. I complained and they "supposedly" sent a new one but the seal was broken (it was a reseller nothing soundcore could have done)
