I’m thinking about switching to the Soundcore Sport X20. Right now, I use Sony WF-C500, which are okay for the gym and cycling and passive sound reduction, but:

• They fall out sometimes during workouts
• Call quality is terrible ; everyone says I sound like I’m inside a vacuum
• No ANC

I’m having this issue where when I turn on transparency mode it’ll open up sound and make it how it should be. But if they hear a loud noise or honestly any noise at this point they will mute almost like noise cancellation is turning and it really messes with me. It jumps from one side to the other

My wife uses these earphones for general listening but also for hands-free calls (Motorola Edge 40 phone). When she's outdoors call quality (for the other party) is terrible. Sounds like over-aggresive noise cancelling. If these are used, what controls ANC on the mic? Is it the earphones or the phon

I just got these and the ambient mode is always switching between normal and ANC. Basically makes them unusable.

Has anyone had this issue? Is there a fix?

I contacted support but the usual stuff didn't work (reset, disable the ambient mode buttons etc.)

I got the sport X20 I love them though my I know my pair is defective. I complained and they "supposedly" sent a new one but the seal was broken (it was a reseller nothing soundcore could have done)
