Garantia headphones

Boa tarde, comprei os headphones Soundcore Q20i há cerca de um ano e meio. Na última semana, uma das almofadas abriu e a esponja interna ficou exposta. Gostaria de saber se este tipo de desgaste está abrangido pela garantia.

Can I have recommendations?

For $40 the best you'll find is the Soundcore Q20. I don't know what the current model is. Q20i? I owned three pairs because they break after about a year but they honor the warranty. I upgraded to a Sony WH1000-XM4 which is much more expensive, although you can get discounts on Prime days and such.

Small lines looking like it's gonna crack soon

I brought the soundcore q20i in 2025 january. It's not been even an year , I have been trying my best to use them as softly as possible, never applying any kind of excessive force.

Still I saw these lines on both sides and I am afraid the plastic may crack someday. I used cheap headphones before an

Sometimes it’s the small things that make you realize why those in positions in privilege do not want to leave them.

My 'cheap' headphones have lasted quite a few years, but I think I abused overnight charging these past months with an over specced charger. The battery has swollen enough to crack the earcup shell, so now I use them unpowered with a cable. Life is hard 🤣 I don't know if I'll still be able to find t

Soundcore Q20i LED (blue) on when connected?

Recently purchased Q20i headphones. They worked fine, but the LED illuminates blue when first connecting to USB device, then it goes out. So there is no indication that the headphones are on. I thought this may be by design, but I've seen reviews of these same headphones and that LED is illuminated.

Slight creaking/clicking sounds in my Soundcore Q20i (new)

I jus got a new Soundcore Q20i headphones. Been 4 days since I got. They work absolutely fine, but I noticed something weird recently. Whenever I move my jaw (like when I eat, chew, or talk) or when I turn my neck, I hear a slight sound from the headphones. It's like a light creaking or clicking sou

Will they come again?

I have had a long relation with soundcore, you can read about it here. I had Q35s which I claimed warranty of to get Space ones refurb which now have also broken and I am waiting for 1.5 months for my 50% refund to come. My friend has Q20i which I recommended to him after just getting Q35s we both c

is soundcore q20i is still worth buying in 2025??

After using it for one year i am facing issues. I noticed the battery life of my q20i suddenly depleted. At 80% chharge only it stopped charging , and it drainned too quickly (less than 5 hrs without anc). Did a warranty claim and got new set of soundcore headphones. Initially it worked fine , gave

Which is better?

Under 5k INR? Skip both and get the Soundcore Q30. Q20i bass is muddy and the headband creaks after 2 months. SpaceOne sounds better but battery dies fast if you use ANC daily. Q30 fixes both: 40hr battery with ANC on, better stock tuning than Q20i, and the headband doesn't creak. It's usually ₹4,49
