soundcore earbuds have this feature for fairly cheap- the P30i earbuds are roughly ~30USD on amazon but the quality is that of much much more expensive ones

I've been a Soundcore fan for a few years now. They have a huge range but their P30i are about 35 bucks. I've got the P40i (about 60 bucks) as my primary earbuds and their P20i (about 20 bucks) as my "back up" pair and both work great with both my Deck and other devices.

For ANC at 10k, CMF Buds Pro 2 is the strongest pick (real ANC, LDAC, ~10hr playtime). Soundcore P30i is a safer alt around 8-9k if you prefer Anker tuning. Avoid sub-5k TWS claiming ANC, mostly marketing. Actual ANC needs proper driver tuning to work, the cheap ones just lower the volume.
