Soundcore Motion+ is probably the best budget pick for that, mostly because the app EQ lets you pull the bass back a bit and bring the highs forward without it getting harsh. If you want louder and more club-ish, JBL Xtreme 3 or Charge 5 are solid, but less tweakable.
