Soundcore has great sound but guess what? They break super easily. Had a pair of Q30 broke within a month. Got spaceone's broke in 3 months. What kind of equalizer settings do you have atm? I went from Bluetooth to wired only which helped in latency understandably, but the equalizer settings with APO aren't very good although I looked up some guides here. Might be the headphones (Anker Soundcore Q30), but directionality is a hit 'n miss.

I use these on both my computer (wired with peace eq) and my phone (bluetooth, tried soundID and kinda wavelet? Ill get to it) on both devices whenever i try to apply any sort of eq settings the audio sounds extreme

My old headphones gave out. I prefer over ear with noise cancellation but looks like those + sweat aren’t a good combo.
